My ex owes over $197,725.00 plus $375.00 in current spousal support .This happened in Arkansas and the divorce and support order is a West Virginia order Federal law say anything over $8000.00 is criminal non support. How can A Federal Judge break Federal Law on Family support .their income is almost $5000.00 a month.
