I shopped there on Aug 10th, 2007 and using my credit card for the first time and just 6 days later I had over $4100 in unauthorized and fraudelent charges...it would have been more except my credit limit is $3000. Now my card is maxed out and I cannot use it until I get the affidavit from my credit card company and they remove the charges. They are telling me to close my credit card since I have been a victim of identity theft!! If the breach occurred months ago, what the hell are they doing to fix the problem??? This happened to me just 4 days ago!!! What has TJ Maxx done to correct the problem???
